Tai Chi Videos to Perfect Your Art
This page shows a selection of videos that I have carefully chosen to show the forms that we are working on in class or that I find very informative to what we are practicing in class.

The following videos are performed by Masters and those who are very practiced in their art. I have picked these particular videos because they are so well performed; we can learn much by studying their techniques. These are also videos of the forms that we are studying in class.
Strolling under the Skin will show you a different view of the body and how we are all constructed. Don’t get caught up in all the details. Watch the absolute beauty of the workings of the human body. Can you translate what you see here into your forms as you practice tai chi or even into your yoga asanas?
This is an excellent version of Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade) by Peter Chen. He does a great job of explaining in terms that are easily accessible to understand. Search him on Google to find a breakdown of all of his videos.
This is a sample of the Tai Chi 24 form demonstrated by the best that there is. Notice the fluidity, the precision, and the absolute focus. See if you can identify the forms.
One of my favorite videos. Absolutely stunning!
Here is a demonstration of the SUN 73 at Paul Lam’s Annual Meeting in 2024. I like this video because it shows how people like you and me can make this form look exquisite by using some modifications.
